Kraft paper is used for everyday needs, including grocery bags, boxes, and wrappings for dry goods. It also has high strength and tensile strength. Normal kraft paper is strong and relatively coarse; sack kraft paper, or just sack paper, is a porous kraft paper with high elasticity and high tear resistance, designed for packaging products with high demands for strength and durability.

What is kraft paper?

Kraft Paper is a paper that enables the production of corrugated boxes and carries bags. It is produced using chemical pulps in the Kraft process. It has high elasticity, high tear resistance, and high water absorption. The demand for it is very large as 80-85% of it is used as corrugated boxes hence our “MAINSTAY”.

The Kraft paper is brown in color, which facilitates the manufacturing of corrugated boxes and carries bags. We have a multifaceted infrastructure to cater services to a wide range of industries such as textile, consumer durables, etc.

About Our Infrastructure, Effluent Treatment, and Power Generation plant

Eco Tech papers have established the plant with the latest technology in the paper industry which includes a complete DCS system and automation from hydro pulper to pope reel. In the Pulp Mill double screening, three-stage centric learning, PDF, and disperser have been incorporated while at Paper Machine double dilution, three-stage centric learning, size press, QCS system, Kuster calendar, and size kitchen have been installed. At the finishing section, a Rewinder of The Globe Radio Company is installed for the best reel winding and finishing.

Our state-of-the-art Effluent Treatment Plant ensures that we recycle water without having to drain it out. The mill is equipped with a 4 MW Captive Power Plant which generates sufficient Power and Steam for the production process
